My name is Szilvia Nagy a Certified Callanetics Teacher.

 

Since my teenage years I had been suffering from back pain. I tried different exercise methods but after my hernia operation, I had to give them up. 

In 2010 I was introduced to the Callanetics Exercise Method. After being a student for about four years, I decided to become a trained teacher. 

 

Callanetics helped me recover after my operation and keeps my back pain under controll. 

​The Callanetics Exercise Programme focuses on deep muscle toning, body shaping, core and flexibility training, and the exercises cure and help to maintain back problems and other conditions too. Most exercises are based on Yoga, Ballet and Physiotherapy suitable for male or female, young or old, even people with injuries, post operation scars and during and after pregnancy.

Altough the exercises are gentle and adaptable, people still consider Callanetics Exercises one of the most effective workout programme, often used by professional athletes also.
